Challenge Corner: April Superhero Challenge



Rules and Points
*Books must be read between April 1st and 30th in order to count.
*Unless otherwise noted, books must be at least 100 pages to count.
*One point will be given for every book read and reviewed that fits a category.
*One point will be given for a buddy read that takes place within our group. (You must comment on the buddy thread at least five times in order to get the point.)
*Five points for every 1000 pages read.
*Five points for completing at least one description for each category (does not include the additional categories). An additional five points will be awarded to anyone who completes every category.

*Read a book with a non human main character (could be an alien or an animal)

* Read a book with a strong sibling relationship
City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
*Read a book with a self discovery/growing up/coming of age premise

Additional Categories

Read a book about superheroes or supervillains

Pick your own Hero!
*Read a book that you feel is related to your favorite superhero (heroes do not have to come from comic books, but please get it approved first)

*Read a book with a character that has an elemental power
*Read a book written by an African American woman
